Senior Customer Success Manager

Ronald Rong began life in the Netherlands and emigrated to South Africa at an early age. He completed his Masters in Commerce in South Africa, and has worked in the Mining, Financial and IT industries in several countries in Africa and Europe. He currently heads the international team of Customer Success Managers for Vertica. His personal focus is on expanding and developing the CSM role and team to ensure our customers are successful using the Vertica product.
