Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a cloud-based computing service offered by Oracle Corporation. Launched in October 2016, it provides storage, servers, network, applications and services through a global network of Oracle Corporation managed data centers. The company allows these services to be provisioned on demand over the Internet. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure provides a flexible data platform to enable you to build Big Data applications at massive scale. OCI Object Storage service provides a highly durable, secure, and scalable way to store and manage unstructured data such as images, videos, documents, and backups. Customer can now deploy Vertica Eon mode on OCI.
