NOTIFY
Specifies the text message to include with a notification.
Syntax
NOTIFY ( 'message', 'notifier', 'target‑topic' )
Parameters

The message to send to the end point. |
| notifier | The name of the notifier used to deliver the message. |
| target‑topic | The name of the destination Kafka topic for the message. |
