Description
The Vertica QuickStart for Looker is a sample BI application implemented as a LookerML project powered by Vertica. The sample uses the visual capabilities of Looker to showcase the execution of analytic queries against the Vertica VMart example database.
The QuickStart requires a Vertica database server with the VMart example database, a Vertica client with JDBC, Looker, and a web browser. Looker is a web-based application that runs on Linux platforms. A Looker instance can be deployed for either on-premise or cloud-based access. Installation and setup instructions are included in the download package.
