Description
The Vertica QuickStart for IBM Cognos Business Intelligence is a sample BI application consisting of a set of Cognos dashboards powered by Vertica. The sample uses the visual capabilities of Cognos to showcase the execution of analytic queries against the Vertica VMart example database.
The QuickStart requires a Vertica database server with the VMart example database, the Vertica JDBC driver, and IBM Cognos Analytics. The QuickStart has been tested with Cognos Analytics 11.0.9.0 and Vertica 9.0.1-0. Installation and setup instructions are included in the QuickStart download package.
