resets (clears) the query buffer.
For example, run the \p meta-command to see what is in the query buffer:
=> \p
CREATE VIEW my_seqview AS (SELECT * FROM sequences);
Now reset the query buffer:
=> \r
Query buffer reset (cleared).
If you reissue the command to see what's in the query buffer, you can see it is now empty:
=> \p
Query buffer is empty.
