Vertica now supports a new and certified DataHub-Vertica Plugin to analyze Vertica metadata in DataHub and use DataHub features to make better business decisions.

DataHub is a metadata platform for data discovery, governance, and end-to-end data lineage.

Here are some of the key features of the plugin:

Up to 10x better performance
Visualize lineage between Vertica tables, projections, and views
Centralized metadata analysis for all Vertica objects
Summarized metadata includes Cluster and EON Mode info, Table/Projection info, ML Models, and OAuth configurations.

We will continue to enhance the DataHub-Vertica Plugin and we encourage users of the plugin to contribute to this open-source project via the GitHub page.
