VP for Customer Success

Amy Miller is VP for Customer Success at Vertica, where she leads a variety of customer-focused teams, including Technical Support, Professional Services, Customer Success Managers, and a Technical Alliance team. She came to Vertica to help a small team kick start the Vertica Technical Support effort, and since then has found many ways to help customers succeed with their data analytics pursuits. Prior to joining Vertica she worked as a Senior Principal Support Engineer at Oracle, mainly handling technical escalations. In her spare time, Amy enjoys golf and hockey and, during the winter months, her role as Assistant Coach for Women's Ice Hockey at Oakmont Regional High School, in Ashburnham, Massachusetts.
