Vertica by the Hour on AWS Support page

Welcome to our Vertica by the Hour cloud support sign-up page.

This page is for paid AWS Marketplace hourly subscribers only.  If you subscribe to Vertica by the Hour in AWS Marketplace, complete this form to initiate entitlement to support.

Once you have completed this form, you will receive a welcome email with information about Vertica and how to access the support portal. Please note, this email will contain a Subscription Name for your support entitlement.

Once you have received the email that contains your Subscription Name, go to the MySupport site to access support. Be sure to enter your Subscription Name into the “My Entitlement” section to access support.
