In their own words
“[HP] Vertica has changed our entire business dynamic. We are able to report on data with much less latency than when we processed only in Oracle. Further, we have been able to improve our accuracy due to the ability to run queries, converse, change code and reprocess results in real time. This wasn’t possible in Oracle”
“With [HP Vertica Analytics Platform] we have been able to proactively identify when competitors are scraping content from our website, and block suspicious activity in real-time. In addition, we are able to better understand the needs of customers who are searching for content on our website, and feed that insight as intelligence back to sellers.”
“Implementing [HP] Vertica has allowed us to mine data that we never could before in SQL server giving us new insights into customer behaviors.”
